Capability Building Workshops

Ta’leem Consulting works with L&D and HR teams to build capability for learning designers, facilitators and trainers in Inclusive Learning. Research by Stimlearning shows that most learning professionals (42% in 2024) want to do the right thing but are often not equipped with the right skills or knowledge.

This is the gap we bridge by providing your teams with the right mindset, skillset and toolset to be more inclusive in your organisation.

Backed by 13 years experience in the learning design field, we understand the pedagogy, good design as well as the needs of learning professionals.

We run a variety of workshops around Inclusive learning. All are available in half day or full day formats, depending on how deep you want to go!

  • Basics of inclusive learning

  • Working with neurodivergence

  • Neuroinclusive leadership

  • Multicultural competency

  • Trauma informed practice

  • Inclusive facilitation.

THE OUTCOME

Your teams will walk away with an enhanced understanding of inclusive learning and leadership, with practical strategies they can start to implement instantly!

However, it's not a one-and-done workshop. As part of this engagement, we also use a 4 week and a 3 month group coaching, check in call to see how the inclusive learning principles are being implemented and if the team has any questions it would like answered. This allows for embedding of the learning and helps the team feel more confident in applying inclusive learning!
