Inclusive Learning Framework presentation

Inclusive learning, done right.

Unlock inclusive, equitable learning.

Our Inclusive Learning Framework (ILF) is a practical tool to ensure learning professionals are designing learning programs and workshops for access, equity and impact.

Most learning programs aim to be inclusive, but lack a clear path.

✔️ There's no practical guide for inclusion in learning design.
✔️ Many teams don't know what "inclusive learning" looks like in practice.
✔️ Psychosocial risks often go unmanaged.
✔️ Equity efforts rarely reach learning systems or culture.

That's where Ta'leem Consulting and the Inclusive Learning Framework (ILF) come in.

The Inclusive Learning Framework

Ta'leem Consulting's Inclusive Learning Framework is designed and enhanced from two evidence-based models.

  • Richard Buchanan's Orders of Design helps us think about the various elements of design

  • Social and organisational justice models (notably Nancy Fraser's social justice model of 3 Rs)

Overlaying frames of organisational justice over a design framework creates a robust framework that is practical and applicable.

As a practitioner you can instantly start designing learning that is more inclusive!

Want a quick taster?

You can get a taste of the Inclusive Learning Framework through our 10 question diagnostic. In short 5 minutes, you can reflect on and assess how inclusive your current learning programs are.

At the end of the questions, you'll receive a personalised snapshot with tailored feedback. (Feel free to book in a free 15-mins session after that so we can chat about your results too!)

It's quick and free.
